Where is the option to set the manual disk cache size?

It´s missing in the options pages. It´s intentional?

I know i can change it in about:config in "browser.cache.disk.capacity"

The UX team have had the goal of making everything ugly and inconvenient for a while now, I'd say it's intentional.
