What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

Uh-hu, so presumably that would be with a New Profile sans a bunch of 'legacy extension' about:config leftovers ?
How many crashes have I had with any 59 beta version? None, zero, nada.

@Dn123ABC I don't think Mouse4,malliz, and Mightyglydd are hostile towards you. But, they have told you mutiple times what to do and how to fix an issue. I imagine Mouse4 and malliz get annoyed because of how many times you ask or point out the same thing.

Not "only", February has a leap year to the 29th. Which apparently doesn't happen again until 2020.

A lot of people get confused about leap years.

If the year is divisible by 4 it is a leap year ...

But if the year is divisible by 100 then it is not a leap year ...

But if it is divisible by 400 then it is a leap year after all.

2000 was one of those years where some computer programs and even some calendar printers got wrong because the programmers and printers remembered the 100 part of the rule but had forgotten about the 400 part of the rule.
