This also WFM on the latest Nightly. The first thing that I noticed is that the site is 'HTTP" and not "HTTPS'. Maybe a security conflict?
What does WFM mean? I will assume "works for me"!
It doesn't work on secure protocol in FF, thus it works on IE secure and non secure

Doesn't work here either. Same for my provider's live tv site, https://www.yeloplay.be/, I get the following in browser console :

You may notice Error:2 on your player from time to time if you’ve had a live stream or video running for a long time. It may be that your network/internet connection was briefly interrupted.
First, try to refresh the page in your browser. This will usually solve the problem.
If that doesn't work, try fully closing your browser, opening it again and reloading the video.
To see if you need to clear your browser cache to solve the problem, try opening a private browsing window (such as incognito mode). If the video plays fine, clear your cache.

For the foxnews livestream, it plays fine in Opera, not so in any Firefox flavor, I get the following warnings in the console.
That sounds, to me, like Opera has the needed codecs 'built in' and Firefox would have used the system provided codecs which are not installed by your system.
