I was filling a bug but found out that Chrome and Edge do exactly the same thing as Firefox:

Steps to reproduce:
1 - go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?format=advanced
2 - type 'perf' in the 'keywords' field under 'Detailed Bug Information'.
3 - when the autocomplete list shows up, scroll the page.
Result: the autocomplete follows you instead of sticking to the field. It doesn't feel right to me.

Am I weird or all the browsers have the same bug?

Yes I see the same here in Chrome,Edge also but IE11 does not show the drop-list when you place cursor in box... LOL
Not sure if that's a 'Bugzilla' bug or intent...
