I can confirm this and I reported it here - Bug 1469015 - Sometimes website pages don't load or load very slowly in Mozilla Firefox Nightly 62.0a1 (2018-06-14)

I have just compiled again my own inbound nightly for win64 (clang) and have a benchmark performance increase of nearly 10% compared to the last stable compiled build last week (confirmed several times). Especially at web.basemark.com. Seems webrender and DOM specific.
Great work mozilla :)
I now hit 830 Points, before it was 650-750 (I am doing benchmarks since a year with every build and note results).
