This crooked browser is still not able to reproduce the HD stream of 60 frames per second on Youtube. During playback, there is a constant drop in frames, while the Opera browser handles this normally and, in addition, does not load the processor during playback. In the courtyard of 2018... it's just a fiasco...

What toaster hardware are you using? Extremely old laptop dual-cores with integrated graphics are able to get HD60 or do you mean 4k60? My FX8320 + HD5750 (yes a 10yr old mid-range graphics card) is able to do 4k60 without dropped frames...

CPU: AMD Athlon™ II X3 450
GPU: GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Any version of FF at the moment is not able to properly reproduce streaming video 720p, and 1080p even more (4K I just do not pull). If you turn off hardware acceleration, it seems to reproduce, but a huge load on the processor, which is not good. Maybe in about: the config you need to switch something?
ps. The drivers are installed last.
