Firefox beta 10 does not present a screen in which to choose Save or download.
I tried the rdf treament but, no soap. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciate as I am recvering from a crtash.

What setting do you have set in 'Options->General->Downloads... Make sure 'Always ask is checked'.
