Bug 1479385 landed, which should improve the stability of the Address Sanitizer build on Windows. It should be in the next ASAN Nightly (current one doesn't have it yet).

Edit: The latest build, based on revision fe2acb8f775a, should have it. Note that bug 1426176 isn't fixed yet (though it's close!), so if there are still similar crashes they won't be very actionable. But IIUC the crashes we actually care about should have a usable stack.

Yes, the scrolling is jerky, both in my regular Nightly profile and in a freshly-created profile in Nightly.

I also saw the jumpy scrolling with MP4 playing in a new Beta profile, and in a new Release profile.

Stopping the MP4 produced smoother scrolling.

My system is an Intel i5-7400 CPU with Intel Graphics 630.

I can't stay at the moment. Please post if you would like me to add to the Bug or if you think a Gecko Profiler run might help the developers.

No problem here with my old C2Q Q8200 + AMD R7 240... even if the Firefox process use 100% of the CPU while playing. (Webrender off)

You can manually bisect using zip file download fr
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tind ... ral-win64/
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tind ... and-win64/
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/tind ... und-win64/

I can reproduce the scroll problem, but I got a different regression window.
So, I filed a new Bug 1479664.
It seems to happen only specific video....

Can confirm, though I've been having problems with H264 videos for ages, most notably on Netflix which I posted about on another bug here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1386177
