FF just updated to 65b04 and now I have three problems.
1. My tab bar is now above the tool bar!
2. Can't see any of my extensions in manage add-ons!
3. My nice noia buttons in the toolbar have gone!
Are there any alternatives to the plane looking toolbar buttons?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For 1 - beta versions 65+ need different userChrome to move the tab bar. Discussion is here https://github.com/Aris-t2/CustomCSSforFx/issues/164 A new or beta version of Aris custom CSS should allow it to move. Or someone may post a simpler code.
For 2 - do you believe your extensions are modern webextensions, or dead legacy extensions? One way to check is go to addons.mozilla.org - if they are legacy extensions and you search for them they should not exist. If they are webextensions, a new profile and reinstalling the extensions might get you going again.
For 3 - I do not think themes or extensions can customize buttons currently, more features may be added to themes someday. However, userChrome.css can change, resize, or reshape buttons.

Well, if nothing else, B6 is out. You could try that, and see if it is fixed yet.
