The ftp.mozilla.org url works just the same. However Mozilla prefers everybody use archive.mozilla.org instead anyways.

It is not a actual FTP link as the ftp:// protocol was disabled Aug 5, 2015 as I mentioned to you Here.

yeah i know about the ftp kinda being the same but the link i suggested is the best way to point people to grab there copy

Apparently, preliminary Network Process work landed and no one noticed. Probably because it's not ready yet.

network.process.enabled;true. Doesn't seem to enable it. Might be restricted at build time.
