And starting with 66 beta 4, any beta user will have the option to turn on webrender (through the gfx.webrender.all pref), as opposed to just win10/nvidia users.

There's a new visible WebRender regression in various sites in today's build introduced by #1523776 [Core:Graphics: WebRender]-Filters and clips interact poorly with WR.
The patch is backed out and currently in inbound.

Webrender also will be enabled for modern Intel HD GPU too judging from this https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1524284
} else if (adapterVendorID == u"0x8086") { // Intel
const uint16_t supportedDevices[] = {
0x191d, // HD Graphics P530
0x192d, // Iris Pro Graphics P555
0x1912, // HD Graphics 530
0x5912, // HD Graphics 630
0x3e92, // UHD Graphics 630

And judging from https://firefoxgraphics.github.io/telemetry/ .......seem like I better give up on webrender* for Haswell HD4200 - 4600 .........T_T
