Confirmed that https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/8770/ ... ndex7.html has header that jumps around for me when scrolling slowly.

For cookies, I have not noticed being logged off of a site unexpectedly ever since the short session cookie timeout bug was fixed a number of months ago. ... Well, one exception: it seems that once a week fool.com forgets that I am logged on. That's 10 sites that are rock solid knowing I am logged in, and just one (fool.com) that forgets about once a week but since it is just that one site I think it is that site's issue.
