Thanks, maybe it's some local problem. It happened twice on this week, in first time - before or after backout in 1507287; in both cases after fail of partial updating.

@ Mupasa - I have other issue, which maybe could be caused by bug #1507287 - Make sessionRestore work with session history living in the parent process.
It's bug #1624044 - "Restore Previous Session" item is always greyed out in latest Mozilla Firefox Nightly 76.0a1

I get another (_|_)-hurt on this moment: what is result of 1507375?

On this moment I see completely broken logic: all dom.disable_window_open_feature.* still presented/enabled in about:config, but settings is not working, new popup windows opened without tabstrip, stop-reload/next page/previous page/extensions buttons.

And why I cannot just open (window.open)-page in tab like a normal links, why is some site should control that

Finded browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction;0, but still don't undestand why dom.disable_window_open_feature.* in about:config...
