With todays official build or aebrahim's build from today can anyone successfully go to <a href="http://www.ocremix.org/">http://www.ocremix.org</a>? Currently I'm using aebrahim's .7 optimized (based on official release).
Just wondering if its only me that gets a crash with today's build. Thanks.
It crashed mine as well. I don't think it's a bug in FB, it's more likely to be a problem with that particular website. Even IE could not load it at all.

There is clearly some sort of a bug in Firebird or Mozilla. No web site should be able to crash the browser. At the very worst, a wrongly coded website should not load. It should never crash the browser. If the browser is crashing, there's a bug.

Are you using the latest version? Get it at the developer's website (linked from the extensions page).

Up and running to test this build. Looks pretty speedy to me. I've been using 10/01 for quite some time now and updated my test build last night. No crashes so far though I did find the bookmark problem. Clicking a bookmark from the sidebar puts it in the current tab. Clicking a bookmark from the menubar creates a new tab. I'll check Piro's forum later to see if there's a fix for this build. I like it so far thoug haven't done a lot of heavy-duty stuff with it yet.

I'm still using aebrahim's optimized Official 7.0 release from 10/15 and the above link worked fine for me - no FB crash. I haven't tried it with this threads build yet. So as aebrahim noted in an earlier reply, it may be a bug in FB and not with the site that is causing FB to crash.

site crash
Using SSE2 build (20031021) and getting a crash when trying to access the "Survivor" web pages on the www.cbs.com website. Just go to www.cbs.com and on the Choose Program dropdown, select "Survivor: Pearl Islands". I get a crash every time.

There is a super-easy fix for this: In TBE preferences, choose the Advanced menu and then check the "New windows opened by Javascript" box in the "Open tabs instead of windows for" section. It takes a little getting used to, but works perfectly.

If you go to CNN and hit the Print Version, Firebird dies. No dialog, it just winks and vanishes. I have the proximitron on so I don't know it that matters. I tried you workaround but it doesn't fix the CNN problem. For now, I'll avoid using that button at CNN.COM.
