Please try this:

1. Go to https://wegmans.medrefill.com/
2. Notice that there is a favicon on the tab for the site, a 'W'
3. Create a bookmark for the site.
4. Notice the icon on the bookmark is the default Fx one, the world icon.

Why is this so unless it's just happening to me?

Just tested with today's 2nd Nightly and I have the favicon in the bookmark....

EDIT 5/29: A retest with a clean profile does show the 'generic globe' as the bookmark favicon ](*,)

https://wegmans.medrefill.com/favicon.ico returns a customised 404 page. Is that related?

(The tab get the favicon from https://wegmans.medrefill.com/wgweb/img ... avicon.ico)

The site does have other issues from time to time so getting a 404 doesn't surprise me. If you go to wegmans.com and bookmark the page it will show the correct icon. To get around my stated problem I installed the add-on FaviconSwitcher which allows you to add or change a favicon. I used it to add the correct icon to the URL I specified. There are some limitations to the add-on however.
