Picture-in-Picture button missing

This is obviously an issue Mozilla knows some are experiencing because they mention it early on their feature announcement/description page but the indication is that it's a problem when using an older version of Firefox. I am using an up-to-date release [79.0b7 (64-bit) for Mac] and I do not see the Picture-in-Picture button when watching a Youtube video - whether on Youtube's site or within another site's page. Are there ad-ons/extensions I may have running that would interfere with the PiP feature?

mine works fine. tried a new profile? check that a Extension isnt causing errors by disabling them all or using safe mode an try then , because i dont have a Mac i cant really test sorry but it works on my windows install
