When going to Help->About it used to check for updates and the button would come up to get the download and restart the browser.

I just checked as above and it took me here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/c ... p/#nightly along with a a lot of other 'stuff', Beta, Dev etc...

Not so sure about that.... If I click the Nightly Download on that page it immediately opened File Explorer and wanted to download:
Firefox Installer.en-US.exe

Those of us that do Nightly's I don't think I want a bunch of those files stuck in my Windows Documents folder.

Settings-> General-> check for updates is 'greyed out', and shows the same link as above. I just not got a notice that Update is available but...

Nightly couldn't update automatically. Download the new version -- you won''t lose saved information or customizations.

Guess I'll see what happens....

An Enterprise policy disabling it?

No I'm just using Windows 'Home' . no manager but me.... I found that I had lost Administrator priv's on my username. The Admin account also seemed to be blocked. I finally figured out how to do a system restore, and things came back to normal. Yesterday was patch-Tuesday, I am very suspicious of the Cumulative update removing Admin priv's in their 3rd attempt to 'fix print' issues.

For now I think I'm back to 'normal'...
