Are other seeing really poor contrast on the _ [] X buttons and not foreground tabs when using a dark theme?
Also seems like the right click menu lost its dark theme support on Win 10...

i dont use colours, i only use the Light ones which is easier on the eyes

Didn't notice that and right-click is currently still dark here on Win 10, but there have been issues with dark theme upon update:

Have you tried disable/re-enable of your theme?
