On Nightly, hardware decoding of H264/AVC1 has stopped working for me a while ago (on Windows 10). Anybody else seeing this?

Here's a page with test videos, for checking you can use GPU-Z (works without installing, look at "Video Engine Load" on the "Sensors" tab) or HWiNFO, if you have that.

At the top of the test page you can select other formats. VP8 doesn't get GPU decoded either, even though about:support shows "VP8_HW_DECODE" as "available by default". No idea if that's expected or not. H264 should definitely work however, just like it does in the current release version 100 (and Chrome, for what it's worth).

I just ran mozregression, and Bug 1757823 came up, which itself has Bug 1767467 as a regression, so it looks like this is indeed a general problem and already being worked on.
