font.size.systemfontscale was for Android and removed by Bug 1831136 in favor of using the existing ui.textScaleFactor. This setting needs to be manually created with Number type and a value of 150 represents a 150% font size increase.

Lol what? I've been using it on desktop for ~5 years... Thanks for tracking it down though.
