Tried searching on Google a bit, but no success.
My question was regarding builds: If a download, say an optomized build that is the same version (0.7), how do I save my preferences, extensions, themes, etc. before installing a particualr build?
Keep in mind I've made changes to the 3 main pref files (user.js, chrome.css ..); I've made changes through about:config, and I donwloaded extensions and themes.
When installing builds, hhow does one save preferences etc?

You can just delete ur programme folder and unzip the new firebird and run it (you're not touching your profile folder so all your settings are intact). I personally keep a copy of my old profile folder in fear of corruption but I've never actually had a profile folder corrupted. All themes will be there. Extensions installed to your profile will also be there. Extensions that cannot be installed to ur profile just save to ur hard drive and open them from within firebird to install them.
PS. Search the forums b4 u search google. Trust me, this question has been asked.
