It looks like the bug has shown up in 20031215 on the Linux platform as well. Once daihard comes back to life I'll try that and report to the bug as well.

I already did that, as well as testing the patch, which appears to work. I'm trying to figure out if it causes any new regressions.

I'm sure the team sees the need to fix this one and a few other nasty ones before we reach 0.8

Great! PM daihard and include your patch so that his builds will continue to work.

http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=228384 is where the patch is and it was written by WG. I just gave it a whirl and it seemed to work :)

It hadn't been reviewed yet so it may be an answer or it may cause some regressions, but I can't find any at this point.

Fortunately, bug 205769 seems to have been cleared up in this build. So, at least I could load the program. Unfortunately, all the Download Manager problems still exist.

Printing bug

Post by Peter(6) »

Since today it does not seem to be possible to print a framecontent via javascript anymore.
I have a page containing an iframe with data.
I used to print the iframecontent from the mainbody with

Code: Select all

<input type="button" onClick="frames[0].print();">

Now it does not work anymore, no errors in javascriptconsole, but it prints the mainpage+iframe, i/o just the iframe content :-(

Was normal again in 20031216 nighly :-)

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031215 Firebird/0.7+ (ZIP),
no extensions

Oh really? I still get crash on startup as seen in bug 228648. OS is Windows XP. Does anyone else have it on 20031215 build?

Filed http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=228604 for it

If it's a javascript problem it's also on the Mozilla Suite, not just Firebird. Has anyone tested this on Mozilla?

tried it on a 20031215+SVG build Mozilla, there it worked fine

Now loaded Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031216 Firebird/0.7+

the problem appears to be gone :-)
