Official win32 20031223 is out

Since I haven't seen it mentioned, build 20031223 w/installer is out. I figured it was better to start a new thread about it than continue with the unruly threads we've been having lately. So far, it seems pretty stable and the installer bug seems to be fixed. It can be downloaded from the latest-0.8 directory.

I downloaded twice earlier today, from two different locations, and the first installation was for a 18 Dec. release; the second, using the link on The Burning Edge, got me the 23 Dec 03 version.

The first was from Index of /pub/mozilla.org/firebird/nightly/latest-0.8, where the file date is 23 Dec, but the folder date says it was last modified 18 Dec.

Happily, however, installations of both versions went correctly, with NO loss of files.

Why the discrepancies I knoweth knoteth.

Grabbed 23rd version just fine.
Install worked great.
Progress bar is fixed. Not sure what bug if any that was.
