I posted a new win32 nightly build. This new nightly build contains the Firebird Help checkin, so if anyone is interested in some win32 trunk beta testing, there is a build to use. The build is located at http://pryan.org/firebird/nilson/.
If you find any bugs in Firebird Help, file a bug in the mozdev bug database (http://firebirdhelp.mozdev.org/bugs.html). Also, feel free to give Feedback on Firebird Help (http://firebirdhelp.mozdev.org/feedback.html). All feedback will be read and kept private.

I thought bugs were going to be in mozilla.org's database now that you checked it in.

Do I have to go and find the IRC discussion?

I think you're misinterpreting each other (or at least one of you is )
The IRC discussion ended up, IIRC, concluding that having a bugzilla component for Firebird help at this stage would either cause problems or confusion (because it would either go under "Browser" rather than "Firebird" now, or any bugs filed would have to be moved later).
The fact that they're not planning to develop on the trunk for the moment is independent of where the bugs are going. There's no reason they couldn't develop separately and have the bugs in b.m.o (as Chatzilla and Venkman do now).
Hopefully they will track bugs in b.m.o after it has been reorganised and the component can go somewhere sensible (and if they're not going to do that at all, then that probably is a change of mind from what was discussed).
