Connect refused from CVS server?

I'm trying to build the latest Phoenix. However, I cannot seem to access the CVS server:

$ cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:anonymous@cvs-mirror.mozilla.org:2401/cvsroot
CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs-mirror.mozilla.org(207.200.81.214):2401 failed: Connection refused


(Maybe this should move to the Mozilla forums, actually)

Anyway, is there something wrong with the server?

same for me :(

applies to both Moz and Px, perhaps it should be duplicated ?
