CVS Jan 21ish Is CTRL T to make a new tab working for anyon

Im absolutely sure my window is focused, but CTRL T to make a new tab is broken? and this is a fresh $HOME/.phoenix .

actually, I'm having prbolems even getting it to run. I compiled it (on linux) and when I try to open a page, it says I have to install PSM (personal security manager)... which is odd since I'm running the exact same commands I run all the times in the past, and it's never complained about any PSM.

Yeah me too.. I just built the 01.22 version and now the PSM needs to be installed to open any pages

sigh I guess it's ok though, cvs after all...
