No more Phoenix installer for now: searching a new host

You best wait on creating one on bdedition because I am hopeing to have a new one soon, the old one seems to have too many bugs for my liking. And I am going to start work on a Linux version also if the Linux nightlies have been fixed. I am running the latest windows nightlies now and hasn't seen a crash yet.

If there is no big difference between the default Phoenix and your Blackdiamond edition (which I suppose is true, since you're using a zipfile to release it), it'll probably take me 1 minute to build the blackdiamond edition with the installer :)
