CVS Feb 02 - Enable/Disable Javascript not being committed?

Can't seem to re-enable Javascript after disabling, returning to the preferences dialog box shows unchecked.

Did you submit <a href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191689" title="Xft enabled phoenix crashes on pages with javascript">bug 191689</a>? If not, then add yourself to the CC: list and I'll confirm the bug.
