That has been around for several days
What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

Maybe I just wasn't getting a popup at all with yesterday's or something then. I just know when I updated to this build it was immediately obvious as soon as I visited.

And it has a really cool bug when showing alternatives upon entering something into the URL bar:
