Hey, the Windows users always get the front seat. Just let this one be an exception okay?

This is at least the third time we have been "put to the back burner," thank you. It's funny; I always thought that Linux users were the first folks the devs had in mind.daihard wrote:fingerprint wrote:Last Windows release was the 11th, today is the 16. It's getting depressing with no new release with the toolbar fixed :(
Well as a Linux user, I feel it kinda refreshing to see the Windows version put to the backburner... ;)

Yes, Mozilla and Phoenix users are going to be using Linux and Apple more than normal without a doubt. Worldwide it's quite a different story though. I'd love to see the day when Windows, Apple, and Linux (yes I know many want a day with no Windows) were equally distributed and used and competed realistically but that day is far away. Anyways, since only 18% of the Phoenix Help users are on Linux I don't see why they get daily updates but the rest of us don't that's all.

How many are running moz? I get 70.34% at grayrest.com
Then in reality, more than 18.74 percent of the Phoenix users may be using Linux. The Linux folks tend to hack things around themselves to find a solutino instead of going to the Help site.

Well, it isn't technically "fixed". There's still a bug with the patch, albeit a vastly less severe one than the current code, and it hasn't been checked in yet. So even if it was building for win32 now, you'd not be getting a fixed build unless you used the patched file from this thread.
