FirefoxSetup.exe 8-mar-2004 - 3.1M

Post by wilbertnl »

FirefoxSetup.exe gives the following error message:

Code: Select all

Setup.exe - Unable to locate Component
mozz.dll

Windows setup is not going to work today. ;-)

I think that mozz.dll is a renamed zlib.dll (could be something else I suppose). It sounds like the build was with the option to use a system DLL instead of the LIB file in the build and that your system doesn't have this. Could you point to the build topic where you got the build?

The file size of FirefoxSetup.exe is half of the usual size, sure something is very missing here.
The build is in http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/ ... est-trunk/

Well that looks like it was trashed. I guess one should use the ZIP if they need it.
