Read mail and News icon

In the last build, the 'Read mail and News' icon is the same as the 'History' icon. Is it a bug ?

It's working fine for me here in the 3-12 build
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050924 Firefox/1.0.7 (stipe s8v4)
Thunderbird version 1.0.5 (20050711)
WindowsXP SP2, Athlon64 3200+ (Venice), 1.5GB RAM

Yes the icon is the same and no doubt they will get around to fixing it.
Also the flyover text for each of the menu lines under Mail icon are the same and need to be personalised..
