i reconstructed my bookmarks (i missed the backups).
Can't say i'm happy though, pfff

One little thing left ... Organise Bookmarks is an empty thing now so it seems i am in some sort of trouble anyway

restore gave kindof the same result
bookmarks menu is completely missing from the organizer

back on

Strange, I just download the latest hourly and either by luck or something my Bookmarks are intact, and the Library has all my 'stuff'...

Not sure if this was any cause.. It was checked in for the 20080110_1117 build, and I'm on the 20080110_1320 build (before it was backed out) and all my bookmarks are OK. So maybe a different bug caused this?

edit: 20080110_1415_firefox-3.0b3pre.en-US.win32 (pre backout of bug 381365) also wfm.

@hhh,

(From yesterday...)
I'm actively testing on OpenSUSE 10.1 and am seeing fewer problems there than I am on XP. What issues are you having?
Still passionate for Mozilla themes and extensions, just not actively developing them for public release anymore.

Hmm. Moaning. Mmm. ... You know, it was really more bitching, wasn't it?

As CatTheif posted, things are quickly getting better, namely ridiculously slow Minefield shutdown times and crazyass bookmark stuff. A new profile is a must now, it seems.

That's known about though and I've found it much better lately, in fact I don't think it's an issue at all now, for me at least. The various bookmark bugs have been can be annoying but then that's what beta's are for ;)
