The page mentioned in above thread is W3C CSS 2.0 vaildated but rendered incorrectly.
I'll take a look... but just because something is valid, doesn't mean it's right.

'Tis a build tool, you can safely delete it. Here is a list of files that can be safely deleted:

That's what I get for mixing my languages late in the day, having just studied some Italian a few minutes earlier.
I think I'll go back to Anglo-Norman. (Which I actually need to do, as I'm going to be teaching a bit of that obscure language next week!)
