Try a new profile.
Around that date I simply deleted every FF file and restarted from scratch.
A lot of work, but at least everything worked again
The Official Win32 2004-04-01 build is out.

well...
yes, a lot a work, with a new profile it works...
I realised that I can only click button (download) then options-> and started disable extensions one by one...
well... it isn't one that it is screwing up but there is something odd that screws up, like a limited number of extensions before it freezes.
if I knew I there will be problems, I would not try a new nb.
when I tried reinstall the march 26th build, did the same...on the same old profile...
heh, I am back now
FF should have a SAFE mode or something.... or at least something that will help in the future with extensions... because FF will be updated all the time (at least for some of us) and almost all the time we end up in not being able to update without screwing up our configurations...
some of you would say well... don't test anymore nightbuilds, but what about releases?
will a average user know how to deal with it? I don't think he will be happy to hack into profile files or loose his settings against a new profile.
Firefox advirteses to be able to handle lots of extensions... so I think there should be a easy way to help the user out without loosing his profile or try hacking.
