Extension manager builds

Is someone going to put up a build with the extension manager enabled sometime soon? I've got a zillion extensions and really want to try it out.

I don't think it compiles yet.

But don't worry, it will be ready soon.

So far all of Ben's checkins say "not hooked up yet".
