Yes, it seems to be back to being better behaved about RAM.
25-30Mb with hours of use and 6-12 tabs open.
(oops) Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030313 Phoenix/0.5
400MHz PII, 411.987 Mb RAM--I sawed a DIMM in the middle

other than that, seems to be a great build. glad to finally move beyond .5 milestone base.
have used hotmail a few times now and haven't had this problem.

Is it just me or is http://members.lycos.co.uk/teoti/teoti- ... _noani.gif not being displayed by latest nightly.
P.S. IE shows it fine.

Why would you even consider to use the OS that is older and more obsolete than your computer?
See, that's just one of the reasons why I pick Linux.

2003-03-13 very nice
I decided to finally move up from 02-21 and put up 03-13 based on the comments here. Wouldn't you know that just after I got everything done, that 03-14 comes out.
First thing that I noticed is that it starts up faster. The next thing was that it seems faster overall and memory consumption looks okay too based on my limited testing so far.
I did have a problem loading themes. I tried to get LittlePhoenix using the new pref window but I couldn't get it to work. The download window said that it got it but the option never displayed in the list of themes. So I went over to the chrome: thingy and downloaded it from there. LittlePhoenix then showed up and I set my theme to it. Of course it crashed about three times while I was going through this but eventually I got LittlePhoenix to work.
Next I moved the navigation buttons and url window to the menubar and got rid of the personal and navigation toolbars.
Loaded up a fresh copy of TBE and ContextMenu Extensions. Added my stuff there and everything is working.
I'll probably stay on this one for a week or two unless another nightly gets rave reviews.
One thing about LittlePhoenix: it doesn't display the nice pictures that you get with the default theme in the new pref panel.
