It seems like the latest nightlies are up on the FTP. And the Windows build hasn't been updated.
Can somebody at least comment on the other platforms?

Just installed 2003-03-15 on RH 7.3 and started playing with it. Icons for the Tools/Options dialog box (the left-hand side menu inside) now show up for the default theme, which is nice. 
Just installed the Noia theme and imported my user.js and userChrome.css. Now on to modifying browser.xul...
