Lockup opening https:// pages since a couple of days?

Can anyone confirm constant lockups while trying to open https:// pages with the official builds since a couple of days? Didn't find this bug filed yet...
I'm using a Windows XP system and did several clean installs, yet the behavior did not change.

Same here...

Also if I try to manage certificates it locks up as well.

Downloaded the .zip version and it's all fixed. Seems to be associated with the installer version.
