See thread in mozillaZine Mozilla Builds, which references BugZilla 198870. Expected bad news with any site that uses javascript to read cookies.

Sorry, my mistake! Bug for tomorrow then. (seams odd!)

The nightly Mozilla builds are done about a half-day before the Phoenix builds. So, you can watch Mozilla to see what will be changed in Phoenix. This one was big enough that I know I won't be installing again until the bug is fixed.

Sometimes, if a patch is checked in between the Mozilla nightly and the Phoenix nightly builds, the fix is completed and Phoenix will be fine. So, I'll change the thread title if that happens.

I sure hope that they fix this before the Phoenix build is rolled. I am anxiously waiting for the new stuff. Like fixed border handling and a bunch of other stuff that got fixed.

well the phoenix builds will be building now, and it's not fixed, so it'll be tomorrow at the earliest...

Well, I just installed the 24032003 build and I got into My Yahoo! and Yahoo! Mail with no problem.

Looks like you are correct; I just did as well (dirty profile). It is possible that it only affected Mozilla; one of the comments says "As a workaround, you can enable cookies for mailnews"; perhaps Phoenix just sidestepped the bug.

Title changed to reflect that it works. Thanks, and sorry for crying wolf.
