Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040601 Firefox/0.8.0+ (MOOX-TK)

http://www.renaudbray.com/

Sort of crashes me. The page loads fine, but then All-in-1 gestures started acting strange (as if the RMB was always pressed, so everytime I moved the mouse it added another direction to the gesture it thought i was doing).

Anyway. I closed firefox and started it again, and the old firefox exe was still loaded in the background. Killed the process and ff is working fine again.

I'd bet that some icons will show up eventually. But I haven't seen any mention to support that thought...

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040603 Firefox/0.8.0+

HOWEVER....

http://www.renaud-bray.com/favicon.ico crashes Firefox. (amazing what you learn by reading the actual bug report comments)

Yea for some reason, the main site crashed the first time I went there, but didn't the second time. And Yes, favicon.ic crashed mine ff.

Mozilla Firefox (No Extensions) - hang on startup

Post by tranle »

Does the menu "firefox.exe -no-extensions" work for anybody ?

For me in hangs in infinite loop trying to start firefox.exe . I had to shutdown and restart to stop it. I don't have any extension, I just wanted to try the menu.

Holy crap that's annoying to kill! Yes, it hangs for me too.
I was able to kill the process via the task manager in windows, but it took some *very* quick fingers.

Yes. It crashed for me too. Looks like a memory dump of some sort as we shouldn't be getting that kind of data. Any way to make Firefox ignore an invalid favicon.ico?

It's not a Firefox problem, but browser.
I'm sure they'll do something about it asap.

You can save the Tabs, But They don't open

Post by zoom314a »

Saving Browser Tabs and reopening the Browser with those Tabs is still broken. You can save the Tabs, But They don't open when the browser is opened.

zoom314, could you please give me the exact text of the button you are clicking on to do this? Or can anyone else confirm this new behavior in the trunk? I can't find any bug relating to this feature.

Yeah, that's what I asked yesterday... zoom, are you using the Tabbd Browser Extension? If so this might be a matter for the authors of that extension. In any case, if you are using that extension, please note that when posting about a "bug in the browser". Thanks.

Yes. It didn't start doing this until sometime back in May, When I don't know. I can always try It with It disabled and see what happens then.
