Anyone here is having the same trouble?

Hard to tell without a URL, but this sounds like bug 453105.

Thank you, that's exactly the correct bug.

Could someone please confirm that, with JIT enabled, you cannot see the large Flash animation (with the exception of the numbers, 1 to 5, advancing), near mid-top of the page, at: http://www.zellers.com/stores/shop/home/en/zellers

If I refresh the page, I can see the Flash image just before the page refreshes.

Thanks

I can't see it with or without JIT so I guess it's Flash 10 problem, at least for me.. :-k

EDIT: It's Minefield problem, because Firefox 3.0.1 shows them with Flash 10, so ... :-k

I can see the Flash animation. Vista 32-bit. The Flash version is 10.0.2.26 .

Thanks AteUte52 & sld. Turns out it's a problem with NoScript -- even though the site is whitelisted.

RE: This post:
Google Chrome vulnerable to carpet-bombing flaw
Just hours after the release of Google Chrome, researcher Aviv Raff discovered that he could combine two vulnerabilities — a flaw in Apple Safari (WebKit) and a Java bug discussed at this year’s Black Hat conference — to trick users into launching executables direct from the new browser.

Is this security flaw applicable to Minefield?

No, because firefox does not use webkit.

I think I'll enabled JIT now since it appears it will be a lot more stable then after its initial landing.

OT: Could use http://www.chrome-forums.net/phpBB3/index.php for google chrome talk ;)

@Recall,

So, that is a Webkit-specific security flaw...

Thx for the info.
