11-17: mouse gestures completely disabled ...

I've just tried 11-17 (to see if the fix for the closing tab gesture was in) and mouse gestures are completely disabled. They show up in the prefs/extension panel as installed, but just don't work.

So if someone has 11-17 with working mouse gestures, please let me know.
