Why doesn't MeetClark.com work?

Right now, a special Netscape version of http://www.meetclark.com/faq/ is maintained (follow the link at bottom of left column), but why doesn't the original work? It seems to be JavaScript errors?

the links point to "javascript:" that cant be right, the netscape version points to the real url
