This is regarding an issue in session timeout of an Oracle ADF web application.
One of our clients has reported that, they are getting session timeout message while working in the deployed app
.My working environment is as follows,
JDeveloper : 11.1.1.4.0
Weblogic Appllication Server : 10.3.4.0
Browser : Mozilla Firefox 30.0
We have following observations regarding said issue,
1. In the first login they are getting the time out error before login into the system.
2. In every three minutes, they are getting the time out error stating the session is timing out due to the inactivity in the session, even tough they are actively working in the system.
Please note this timeout issue is reported only with the firefox versions above 25.*.* (They are currently using firefox version below 25.*.* due to the timing out issue).
In the current situation session timeout is set to 3600 seconds.
Can this be an issue with cookies? In our local environments we can't recreate the situation and any other location we have deployed the app.
Please give me any suggestions to where I should look at in terms of firefox.
