Yes....a can acknowledge that.....my problem at the moment is that these are inserted (and protected) by the website creation package, and I cannot see how to remove at the moment....I will keep trying!

So you are just going to punish all of the users who don't have the cash to buy a new laptop/monitor? Read the actual comments on that page... 1024x768 is still the defacto baseline.

I thank you for all the help, but I am not going to get into a discussion about screen resolution as we obviously have differing views.

As for LH Image...yes that does stand for Left Hand Image....
According to your link 1024*768 is the second most popular resolution. Regardless, screen resolution couldn't be less relevant.
