What did you try?

If you did nothing then you have no problem.
What do you want to do?

Do you want to see this? ₺

On your page or here?
Do you provide your own fonts or use the available fonts on the client side?

Do you have an example?

When you say "not visible" do you mean nothing appears or a small box with some numbers in it? Also, do you see the symbol in the text of the Wikipedia article?
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

Windows users may have to manually download and update their system to see the turkish currency symbol at all (see Microsoft kb2739286 for details. The update was not pushed automatically to Windows 7 users like myself, had to be installed manually to make the lira symbol in Trolly's reply above visible.

Even if you can see the currency symbol (HTML character reference ₺) after installing the update, it still doesn't resolve the problem of Windows users visiting your site who have not installed the update. For a more general solution you probably need to use a symbol image or a webfont that contains the turkish lira glyph.
