Upload file not working in some cases since firefox36.0.1

The web application is deployed in different environments, The uploading file does not work well since FireFox 36.0. The following is the testing scenarios:

1. FireFox35.0.1 can work fine to upload file in the following cases:
Firefox --> GlassFish server
Firefox --> Weblogic server
Firefox --> Oracle HTTP Server --> weblogic
2. Firefox 36.0.1, 37.0.2, 38.0.1 have the same behavior in the following cases:
Firefox --> GlassFish server working fine
Firefox --> Weblogic server working fine
Firefox --> Oracle HTTP Server --> weblogic NOT working for file size > 6kb
