Transition is choppy only on firefox

Post by supercain »

Hi,

please look at the snippet I posted here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3994 ... on-firefox and scroll down just enough so the black square goes offset. You will see the links come down and re-position. They will also have now one background each. Now scroll back up and you will see the glitch on Firefox. Despite the background is set to reappear with 1 second delay it appears as soon as the class "fixed" is removed. The background of each link is also glitchy since its supposed to fade out 1 second later after they have come back to their original positions. Instead they disappear right away and then blink.

This wont happen on Chrome and Im pretty sure it didnt happen on Firefox either until some days ago. Whats wrong with the code?

Thank you.
