I made a few shirts with the "Free the Lizard" graphic on the back, and a smaller Mozilla dinosaur head on the front chest (upper left collarbone area, you know the type), and it's gotten quite a few compliments. People want to know what the site's about, and then they visit, and maybe become new users of Mozilla.
And I have a stylish(?) shirt to wear!

I didn't do them at Cafepress or anything like that. I print them myself, and right now I can't find the actual images online that I used. I do have them on my HD, though.
The closest analogs would be a large version of something like this for the back design, and something similar to the "Gecko head" (like in Asa's forum avatar) for the "front collarbone" design.
They end up looking pretty good.
